I am an English artist and photographer currently based on the beautiful Costa Tropical on the Granada coast of southern Spain.
Since living here my work has evolved tremendously and I have found that the inspiration and light here have greatly contributed to the positive change in style of my work.
My inspiration comes from the elements, light and texture. I like to create layers, depth and reflective qualities in my work which intrigue the viewer to look closer.
My paintings are created using mixed media. The reflective qualities which these create means that the work takes on a new life each time the painting is subject to a new light source or viewed from another angle.
Many of my photographic images are based on my travel experiences and close ups and details of everyday objects I find around me.
My work hangs in homes, offices and commercial spaces all over the world.
